Star challenge, day two: five point folded stars

This one made me a bit nervous as it begins with a pentagon shaped piece of paper, and I'm used to starting with a square. As long as you have a good template though it is not a problem. (I found a 9cm one here.) Mine are a smallish size to learn on, but the perfect size for a garland.

My first one. (It gets easier!):

About my December star challenge: In November I put together a Pinterest board of 25 tutorials for making paper stars and decided to turn it into a sort of advent challenge by crafting a star a day for the first 24 days of December, culminating in my own version of an advent calendar by Christmas day. 2. Thanks so much, your garland looks great! This particular star has been one of my favorites through the challenge - I keep going back to it and can't wait to make more.
